Here is the RULES a.k.a Term of Service

Read and agree before start order!

General :

I am digital artist
You ordered me as an artist.
Every part of my service is copyrighted by me. I have the right to post it as part of my portfolio.
Price are subject to change depending on demand, currencies, complexity task, and your budget. But expect it on 100 EURO or 100 Bucks
I have right to refuse your preference due the Rules (Term of Service).
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
If you persist with your preferences that violate the rules, I have the right to cancel your order.
If I cancel your order, I have an obligation to inform the reason.
Before I cancel your order due to your violation rules I have to warn you three times.
Don't claim the artworks to be your own!
If you see any watermark, don't remove without permission! You can please me to change the position if ruined product.
I have anime art style.

Payment

Paypal invoice only.
Acceptable currencies in EUR, USD, IDR, JPY
Full pay up-front! If you need partial pay first because your financial problem then we must take a discussion..
Pay after sketch.
No refund after the payment has been processed successfully due for costumers violation or costumers cancelation
customers must consider their financial capability before ordering to determine whether to choose Partial pay or Full pay up-front.

My Duty

I must inform you my ready to serve as who have queue list.
I must inform your queue.
I must inform your payment.
I must inform an update work upon your order during committed time until deadline.
I, as who serving, and you, as who served, must communicate or message depend on what platform you DM or through e-mail during committed days until deadline.

Process & Delivery

Work progress will be sent via "contact" for update..
Revision update only allow 3 times during the sketch and 2 times during colour
No revision after final.
Final result will send via contact.
Estimated time to finish your order varies by 3 days, 1 week, 10 day or more depending on any factors such as health, complexity, etc.

What you Can Order is Negotiable!

It's depending to what you want such as:

We will have discussion about it on DM. But expect what I can do by seeing my portfolio.

Ordinary Submission a.k.a Personal Use

Is Personal Use services.
The costumers only allowed to use for any Non-profit purpose.
Costumers will get final product in archive file including .png and .jpg file with watermark in vary resolution.
The costumers not permitted to sell or use my work in this service for any commercial purpose.

Formal Quest a.k.a Commercial Use

Is Commercial Use.
The customers are allowed to use my work for commercial purposes in accordance with the agreement between me and the customer.
The costumer allowed to change and edit commission work for commercial purposes in accordance with the agreement between me and the customer.
The costumers must add trademark in commercial purposes in accordance with the agreement between me and the customer at least one.
The customer has the obligation to send the income report along with the royalty payment to me as long as used my artworks.
For non-profit organization, costumers need to report their activities throughout the use of my artworks instead of income report and royalty payment.
The costumers will get the order final in archive. Including PNG, JPG, and any source that needed.
